The entire Wokefield estate in Reading, Berkshire has been exclusively booked for our New Year’s Eve Weekender! We check-in at 12pm on Friday 30th December and check out 12pm on Sunday 1st January 2023. 

The Getaway NYE is generally suited to the 28+’er. We don’t need to tell you adulting is crazy, and sometimes … you just need to Getaway (See what we did there!?). We attract attendees from across the UK and offer the option of coach travel from London and Birmingham with more cities to be confirmed.

We’re proud to be the ONLY New Years Eve weekender that offers an incredible 33 hours of activities, themed parties, gameshows, comedy, dinner, masterclasses and workshops counting down to our spectacular New Year’s celebration.

Your package includes;

• Hotel room in Wokefield Suite, Mansion House or Wellington Lodge

• 1 x Dinner (New Year’s Eve) provided by our external Caribbean caterers

These may include Dance classes, Aerobics, Movie rooms, DJ Masterclasses, Speed dating,  Pool aerobics,  Snooker competition, Massage sessions & lessons, Zumba, Yoga, Finance, Lifestyle, Health, Vision boarding workshops and anything else you suggest that we can physically fit into the schedule. (We’d love to hear from attendees interested in running a class in their profession – please email us if you have an idea).

Your room will be available for you to check-in from 2pm on Friday 30th December. However, after this time you can check in whenever is convenient for you.

The following are not included in the packages and will need to be booked separately.

• Coach Travel: We’ve arranged coaches travelling from London and Birmingham. Pricing tbc. Please contact us about other locations.
• Friday Night Buffet: Choose from a range of buffet stations in the avenue provided by external caterers. Menu to be decided.
• Mansion Brunch Party : Our DJ’s head to the Mansion for a bottomless 3 hour themed Brunch! Music on extra loud, Karaoke, bottomless Prosecco and two course meal £tbc

General Food Options. Outside of the inclusive dinner on New Year’s Eve you can bring along snacks and uber/deliveroo in food from a number of local restaurants. 

Instalments plan

Our website offers the option to pay a deposit followed by three instalments in September, October and November.
You can select one of the following instalment options at checkout;

– 10% deposit + 3 x 30% Instalments
– Example package Mansion House = £25.50 deposit + 3 x £76.50 Instalments (Total £255 per person based on two people sharing)

NYE Instalments Plan B
– 25% deposit + 3 x 25% Instalments
– Example package Mansion House = £63.75 deposit + 3 x £63.75 Instalments (Total £250 per person based on two people sharing)
