Penta hotel rooms fully sold out for 2024/25 – thank you to all who booked a hotel package! Throughout January we’re offering an exclusive opportunity to guarantee your 2025 package with a £10 deposit per room! [FIRST 100 ROOMS ONLY]
Event details
Event details may change from NYE 2024. We can’t 100% confirm location, daytime experiences, dining, entertainment line-up or. . erm… anything else. By booking you have agreed to this.
We can promise you your New Year’s Eve is in good hands with a similar (or better) experience than 24/25, and the same (or similar) Hotel and location.
Package Pricing
We estimate this will be similar to last year (but please allow for the usual rise in cost of services).
Additional options
Placing a deposit now will only commit to the base package (hotel, breakfast, parties, daytime). Additional options like Food and Coach will be bookable separately later this year.
Pre-deposit policy
The deposit is only refundable if we have a change of VENUE (From Penta Hotel) and you do not wish to book at the new venue.
This £10 deposit is for the room (£5 per person or £10 for single occupancy). It will guarantee your earlybird pricing and contribute towards your balance for the booking. Attendee names can be changed later.
First payment
There’s nothing further to pay until bookings go on sale (Likely April) when a small first payment will be due to begin your actual instalment package.

Tickets
You can select an instalment plan (Low deposit and monthly payments) for most of our events at checkout!
Admission on the day is normally by name so please ensure you enter each name correctly. You will not need the email confirmation for each person when you attend. Simply bring along your ID.
