Paying a deposit forms an agreement between us (the organiser) and you (the attendee). The deposit is non refundable, unless the event is cancelled by us.

Refund policy

100% of remaining amount refunded at > 3 months till event. 75% remaining refunded at < 2 months. 50% remaining refunded at < 8 weeks. 0% refunded at less than 4 weeks.

Insurance

We strongly recommend you treat this as a holiday and arrange travel insurance. It shouldn’t cost much more than £10, and will cover your payments in the event you’re unable to attend due to sickness etc.
